Located in the DC metropolitan area, Taylor Urban Farms is a community mission focused on sustainability, supplemental food access, and small-scale gardening education. Built on land cultivated by generations of the Taylor family, this initiative continues the legacy of Black agricultural excellence and ingenuity.
With the help of our sponsors and the community at-large, our mission continues to evolve — expanding opportunities and outreach throughout the DC Metropolitan area.
Together we perpetuate our family's agricultural legacy by creating a sustainable, educational, and community-driven garden that empowers people to reconnect with the land and with themselves.
This is only the beginning.
